Key Responsibilities:
Seeking a friendly, engaged, results-driven Customer Support Specialist to join an international team responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing global sales applications (Quoting Tool) supporting key business processes in an extremely dynamic and complex environment.
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for accurately responding to customer issues.
We are looking for a strong, motivated, articulate communicative person who knows how to research issues, obtain an accurate analysis of the issue, and supply an accurate and timely solution.
You will work directly with the business users, support analysts, and developers.
Complete testing of reported bugs, enhancements, and releases within the scheduled time.
Follow QA processes during testing to ensure quick turnaround of reworked code.
Facilitate QA issue or customer issue escalations to the proper person/group.
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance objectives daily, monthly, and quarterly.
Work cooperatively with members of the support team, analysts, and developers.
Maintain current knowledge of processes and effectively apply knowledge.
Convey an image of quality, integrity, and comprehensive understanding of the process used by the business.
Willingness to learn all internal systems, processes, and policies.
Respond to assigned calls, chats, emails, and cases in a positive manner ensuring responses are complete, accurate, and conform to company code values and policies.
Accurately document help desk case records with the resolution provided.
Posses excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to learn quickly and work independently, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced changing environment.
Posses organization and time management skills and the ability to identify and communicate issues and risks after applying technical and root cause analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce CPQ Testing experience
Minimum of 8 years of Business Analyst experience
Minimum of 5 years of SAP Testing experience
Minimum of 5 years of Quoting Order Management Domain Knowledge experience
Must be available the last 10 working days of each quarter.
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates degree
Ability to work over time per project need.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
